bird guitar is a FM synthesizer in guitar shape. It has a built-in amplifier and speaker so it can be played anywhere. It has a 2 octave range, and one string. There are three knobs. The first controls both harmonicity and modulation index so turning it cycles through many tones. The second knob is a kind of refresh rate, allowing for "pseudo notes". The last knob is volume.
