Shipping and Returns

Shipping

For US orders we ship via USPS priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days. We charge a flat fee of $10 for shipping and handling to locations in US.

International orders are shipped with USPS Global Priority.
International orders to Canada and Mexico: $25
All other countries: $40

Note that there may be additional duties and taxes depending on country, and these are the buyers responsibility.

We fill most orders within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once a shipment is released, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns

Returns for any unaffected item permitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. Returns of wrong ordered items are allowed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. With your return, enclose this original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange.
